Barry - I will check for you but I wont be able to until tomorrow evening. All I know is that my shortcuts NEVER saved until I accidentally clicked LOGOUT instead of CLOSE WINDOW on the keyboard shortcuts screen. I will post the answer tomorrow ...

This worked for me Set the shortcut as normal but instead of closing the window and going back to the game, just click log out. Then from the login screen quit the game(click X on the login window). Now restart the game.
